• Mini 7s Football (Girls) - 03/10/2018: Well done to our girls who played in the mini 7s football competition in Belclare today, October 3rd. They can be proud of their efforts.
  • Cross Country County Finals - 02/10/2018: Well done to Joshua and Cormac who ran brilliantly today, October 2nd in the Galway Cross Country Finals. We are very proud of both of them!

  • Mini 7s Hurling - 28/09/2018: Our hurlers put on a great performance today, September 28th in Carnmore in the mini 7s competition. They won one match and were narrowly defeated in two others so they didn't progress past the group stage. However, they can be very proud of their efforts.
  • Cross Country Running - 25/09/2018: Well done to all the boys and girls who participated in the semi finals of the Cross Country Championships in Renmore today, Septemeber 25th. 
  • School Mass - 20/09/2018: We celebrated our Beginning of Year Mass in our school hall today, September 20th. Thanks to Fr. Mullins for celebrating the mass with us and thanks to all who joined us on the day.
  • School Garden - 13/09/2018: Junior and Senior infants made the best of this season's harvest in our organic garden today. After planting just 4 potatoes in Spring, they harvested up to 60 today, along with a variety of herbs, cucumbers, carrots and beetroot.
  • Today FM Comeptition - 07/09/2018: We were delighted to hear today that Nathan in 2nd class was shortlisted for the Keelings competition on the Ian Dempsey breakfast show, Today FM after he wrote a fantastic entry in class about why our school would be a great place for Today FM to visit and how we would spend the potential prize of €10,000. Nathan will be live on Today FM at around 8.20 am Monday morning so be sure to tune in! We wish him the best of luck.
  • Summer Holidays - 27/06/2018: As another year draws to a close we'd like to thank you all for your fantastic support for our school. We've had a great year and Mrs. Flaherty surprised the children today with a bouncing castle and ice creams for everybody. We wish you all a very happy and safe summer holidays.
  • Thank You Mrs. Flaherty - 26/06/2018: We celebrated Mrs. Flaherty's time at Annagh Hill today, June 26th. Thank you to Fr. John Flannery for celebrating a beautiful mass with us in our school hall. Very well done to the children for their participation in the mass. The mass was followed by presentations to Mrs. Flaherty by parents, the staff of the school and the Board of Management. The children performed some songs and a video clip, with a compilation of clips from this year, was shown. A tree was planted for Mrs. Flaherty and we then had refreshments afterwards. We wish Mrs. Flaherty the very best as she begins a new chapter in her life. She has been a fantastic leader and we will all miss her greatly. Thank you Mrs. Flaherty!
