• Golf Am-Am - 09/09/2017: A massive thank you to all who supported our Golf Am-Am which took place in Cregmore Park Golf Club today, September 9th. Thanks to all who braved the elements and took part in the competition. Details of winners will be announced soon. Also a huge thank you to all who so generously sponsored our event. A full list of sponsors will be posted in the coming days. The event wouldn't have been a success without your fantastic support and we sincerely thank you all for this.
  • Golf Am-Am: We will host a Golf Am-Am at Cregmore Park Golf Club on Saturday, September 9th. Entry for a team of 4 is €100 and there are great prizes to be won.   • Celebration of 50 Years of Annagh Hill NS:  The following is an outline of events to take place to celebrate our 50 year anniversary and 140 years of education at Annagh Hill:

    Sept 9th – Golf Am-Am (Cregmore Park Golf Club)
    Sept 24th – Family Fun day
    Sept 25th – Beginning of year mass ...
    Sept 25th - 29th – School based activities relating to 50 year anniversary
    Sept 30th – Mass in school hall at 5 p.m. for parents, past pupils, members of the community and friends of Annagh Hill N.S. This will be followed by refreshments. The school will be open from 3.30 p.m. if anybody would like to view the school and there will be a display of photographs / newspaper cuttings / slideshow etc. relating to the history of the school. A celebration dance will be held in the Abbey Inn on 30th Sept.

  • Well done Cian - 20/08/2017: Well done to Cian Murphy who took part in the GAA Go Games Exhibition Match at half time in the Kerry Vs Mayo All Ireland Semi Final at Croke Park on Sunday, August 20th.
  • Summer Holidays - 28/06/2017: We'd like to wish all of you a safe and enjoyable summer holidays. We have had a fantastic year and will reflect on the 2016/2017 school year with nothing but fond memories. We sincerely thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all again on September 1st to begin another memorable year.
  • Sponsored Walk/Irish Dancing Performance - 26/06/2017: A huge thank you to all who supported our annual sponsored walk today, June 26th. All proceeds will go towards paint for the school. It was great to be joined by parents, past pupils and others from the community and it was very enjoyable. A visit from the ice cream van was very welcome when we arrived back at school. The children then put on a performance of Irish dancing in the hall at 12.30 p.m. They were brilliant and their teacher, Susan O'Shaughnessy, deserves huge credit for the fantastic work she has done with the children all year.
  • End of Year/Graduation Mass - 21/06/2017:A huge thank you to everybody who made our End of Year/Graduation Mass such a special and enjoyable occasion. Thanks to Fr. Mullins for celebrating the mass with us and thanks to all who helped with the preparations,proceedings and tidying up the hall afterwards. Also a big thanks to those who helped with the refreshments and the lovely cakes for our sixth class students. We will greatly miss our wonderful sixth class students. Abbie, Amy, Cian M, Cian Q, Conor, Dean, Dylan, Emma, Eoin, Jade, Jason, Katie G, Katie W, Megan, Niamh, Scott and Shauna have all been fantastic pupils in every way during their time at Annagh Hill. We know that they will go on to achieve great things and we wish them every success as they progress to secondary school.
  • Treacy Cup 2017 - 14/06/2017: Congratulations to our girls who played excellently to win the Treacy Cup today, June 14th. Thanks to all at Cummer NS for hosting the basketball competition. The girls deserve great credit for the way they played throughout the day and we are so proud of them. This brings the sporting year to an end. We couldn't be prouder of all the boys and girls who represented our school so well this year in football, hurling, soccer, mini Olympic handball and basketball. Very well done to all!
  • Book Fair - 07/06/2017: Thanks so much to everyone who supported our recent book fair. We are delighted to have raised €909 to buy new books for our classrooms.
  • Cumann na mBunscol County Final - 30/05/2017: Hard luck to our girls who were defeated in the Cumann na mBunscol 9 a side County Final in Loughgeorge today, May 30th. They worked incredibly hard and can be very proud of their performance. A big thank you to all who came to give the girls such great support. Well done girls!
